Leadership Annual Giving Officer, Athletics

This position manages a portfolio of approximately 1,000 donors with clear weekly, monthly, and annual goals. The Leadership Annual Giving Officer will collaborate with members of the Athletics and Advancement team to steward and increase our donor pipeline by engaging with and soliciting leadership annual gifts from Athletics perspective supporters, alumni and friends of UNT.

Comfort with making personalized solicitations, daily use of video, phone, and email, and use of multiple databases and virtual communication technology is critical to success in this role.

This role is critical to helping the UNT achieve both its near-term annual giving goals and long-term fundraising objectives and develop qualified major gift referrals. Candidates should be self-motivated and positive professionals, with a team-first optimistic attitude, eager to embody the UNT spirit and engage alumni and friends at a high velocity in a personalized manner. The Donor Experience Officer will work under the supervision of the Associate Vice President for Development.

This position will have at least twice a month reviews for progress toward goals and determination of needs for success, it will serve as an annual appointment.
